Streamlined enrollment process

Our 3-Step Admission Process

Step 1: Purchase an Application Form

To begin the admissions process, visit our office to purchase the application form. This form allows us to collect important information about your child and ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Step 2: Submit the Admission Form

Once you have the application form, fill it out comprehensively, ensuring that all required sections are completed. Afterward, submit it to the admissions office for review.

Step 3: Assessment Interviews (Grades 1-5)

For pupils entering Grades 1 through 5, a short assessment interview is conducted to help us understand the child’s academic level. This interview is a critical part of determining the best educational placement for your child.

Our enrollment period opens at the beginning of each term. To ensure your child’s place at MED Trust Academy, please submit your completed application before the specified deadline. Contact our office for details on the enrollment dates for the upcoming school term.

  • A copy of the pupil’s birth records / certificate
  • Recent school reports (for transferring pupils)
  • Passport-size photos
  • Medical records or vaccination card (if applicable)

Our mission is to provide quality and cost-effective education aligned with the Zambian curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for their future.

MED Trust Academy was founded in January 2015 by Mr. Richard Chanda, starting with three students and growing steadily since then.

MED is an acronym of the founder's three sons' names: Mulindwa, Ezra, and David.

We value our students, respect our team and parents, uphold Christian principles, and work towards contributing to the education system in Zambia.

We offer education from Kindergarten to Grade 7, with a focus on building a strong academic foundation.
